The Brookfield Show

Get ready for the magic of Brookfield Show, Brisbane’s biggest little country event, returning 22–24 May 2026.

Packed with family fun, entertainment, workshops and competitions, the Show blends beloved traditions like Horticulture and Needle Craft with modern favourites such as LEGO and the hilarious Hobby Horse competition.

Enjoy bustling trade stalls, delicious food, baby animals, live entertainment and crowd-favourite attractions like pig races and reptile displays, before the excitement continues into the night with the Friday rodeo, live music and spectacular fireworks across the weekend. This year the Show is opening on Friday afternoon at 3pm (not morning).

Where: Brookfield Showgrounds, 550 Brookfield Road, Brookfield

Cost: Adult single day pass $30; Child single day pass $15; Family single day pass $60. Multi day passes also available. Children under 5 are free.
