Tucked away less than a 10-minute walk from Roma Street Station, Little Scholars George Street’s campus is built for busy family life in the city.
Dropping off on your way to work via public transport? Easy! And once you’re here, there’s plenty of room to leave the pram there for the day, so you’re not lugging it around on the commute.
Driving in instead? You’ll love the campus’ on-site parking and George Street Parent Valet, where staff will meet you in the lobby or right at the car park for drop-off and pick-up – there’s no need to trek up to the campus. It just means you can get your day started sooner, and get home to more family time in the evening.
Inside, you’ll find a genuinely diverse and experienced team (over half have been with Little Scholars) for 10+ years, so they know your child, their little quirks, and exactly how to make them feel at home.
The centre’s multicultural educators speak Spanish, Mandarin, Thai, Filipino, Japanese, Punjabi and Tamil, which makes settling in that much easier for many of their families.

Testimonials

“We’ve had a really positive experience at this childcare. The team has always been easy to deal with. Anytime we’ve had questions or needed help, they’ve been quick to respond and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Our son loves the weekly excursions and is always excited to tell us about his trips to Roma Street Parkland and the Museum. It’s great knowing he’s getting out into the community and experiencing things outside the classroom. We also appreciate the little things, like the fresh fruit bowl at pick-up. It’s a nice touch that makes the trip home a bit easier and gives the kids something to look forward to after a big day. I’d definitely recommend Little Scholars George Street to other families looking for a caring childcare centre in the Brisbane CBD.” – Mike
“Choosing a childcare centre was one of the biggest decisions we made as parents, and looking back, we truly couldn’t have chosen a better place than Little Scholars George Street. What makes this centre so special is the people. Melissa leads an incredible team who are genuinely warm, caring, and attentive. Every morning and afternoon, we’re greeted with smiles, and what always amazes us is that every educator takes the time to say hello and goodbye and knows every child by name. It’s a small thing, but it speaks volumes about how much they care and how connected they are to the children and families. Most importantly, we’ve always felt completely confident that our child is in the best hands. The care, kindness, and genuine affection shown by the team every day gives us enormous peace of mind. As parents, there is nothing more valuable than knowing your child is safe, happy, and truly cared for. The centre itself is absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully maintained. There is a real sense of pride and care in everything they do. We are incredibly grateful to Melissa and the entire team for creating such a nurturing and special place for our child.” – Katie
“Being someone who has worked in and experienced a few childcare’s/ early learning centres, I can EASILY say this one is the happiest, cleanest, brightest, safest and most fun one I have ever witnessed. My wife and son are also so happy with it and the educators are exceptional and really make it easy to feel peace of mind sending my child somewhere for the days I’m working. Thank you guys. Highly recommend.” – Alyssa
