The following New Year’s Eve events have been confirmed in Brisbane in 2024:
- Carina Leagues Club, Carina – Celebrate New Year’s Eve with a trip back to the 80s at Carina Leagues Club. Enjoy live 80s music from Boombox 80s, DJ sets, delicious food and drinks, and a photo booth to capture the fun. Kids can enjoy the Playland, face painting, and balloon art. Bookings are recommended. The following New Year’s Eve events have been confirmed in Ipswich in 2024:

- Ironbark Park, South Ripley, 6pm – 9pm – Providence is hosting a Family Fiesta at Market Green, Harmony Way, from 6-9pm on New Year’s Eve. The event features live music, food trucks, inflatables for the kids, free face painting, and roving entertainers. The evening concludes with a spectacular 9pm fireworks display presented by ICC to welcome 2025 with a bang. Find out more.
- Club Parkview, Goodna – Club Parkview is celebrating New Year’s Eve with an 80s-themed night filled with fun, music, and entertainment. The evening includes a face painter for the kids in the Bistro from 6-9pm, live music by Urban Flow Duo from 8:30pm, a free photo booth, and a 9pm fireworks show. - Mooloolaba Esplanade, Mooloolaba, 5pm – 10pm – Celebrate New Year’s Eve with family and friends at a free community event in Mooloolaba! You’ll find roving entertainment and face painting for the kids, food trucks and getting there will be a breeze with a range of active and public transport options. - Kings Beach Amphitheatre, Caloundra, 4pm – 10pm – Fireworks, Food Trucks & Family Fun at Caloundra NYE Celebrations.Starting at 4pm on December 31, 2024, the Kings Beach Amphitheatre will transform into a vibrant hub of activity. The stunning beachside setting and a plethora of activities to keep everyone entertained. For the little ones, there are kids rides and face painting, ensuring they have a blast while you relax and soak in the festive atmosphere. The following New Year’s Eve events have been confirmed on the Gold Coast in 2024:
- Surfers Paradise Foreshore, Surfers Paradise – New Year’s Eve fireworks at 9pm. There are no associated events alongside the fireworks display. Find out more.
- The Great Lawn, Broadwater Parklands, Southport, 4pm – 8pm – Broadwater Parklands is celebrating New Year’s Eve with a Country-Western party packed with free family fun, live music, and spectacular fireworks. Activities include an animal petting zoo, pony rides, face painting, kids’ crafts, sporting fun, giant bubbles, roving performances, and stilt walkers. This family-friendly celebration promises an evening filled with activities and entertainment for all ages.
