BrickResales
At the start of 2021, BrickResales opened a permanent showroom in Coopers Plains from which to sell pre-loved LEGO. With more than two tonnes of LEGO pieces on sale throughout the 640sqm shopfront, visitors are bound to find just the LEGO piece they are looking for. A Click and Collect service is also available if online shopping is more your thing. BrickResales is also a great place to visit if you want to part with old, genuine LEGO pieces. Weigh your LEGO bricks, take some photos, head to the BrickResales website and complete the online form before the friendly staff contact you with an estimate.

Coffee n Bricks
Situated perfectly on Brisbane’s bayside, Coffee n Bricks is a unique, locally owned café designed with the LEGO lover in mind. Not only can you grab a drink and a snack, but you can also build LEGO. Paying for a timed session, you can select from various LEGO sets to build. Sets range from Duplo to small sets and the more elaborate, time-consuming builds. Browse the store to see what others have been building or perhaps even purchase a set to take home. The staff are super helpful and only too happy to chat about LEGO.

LEGO Certified Store – Westfield Chermside
In 2020, Westfield Chermside became home to Brisbane’s first certified LEGO store. Since opening, the store has been a hit with visitors, selling a range of hard-to-find and exclusive LEGO sets.
They also host special events throughout the year, including Halloween, Father’s Day and Mother’s Day. Kids can measure how tall they are in LEGO bricks against the measuring ruler on the wall and gaze at the large LEGO mosaic of Brisbane’s Story Bridge (made by The Brickman using more than 137,000 bricks).
Like most LEGO stores, you will find a pick-a-brick wall, Build-a-Minifigure station, play tables and LEGO brick engraving service.

LEGO Store – Brisbane Airport
Waiting at the Brisbane Domestic Airport has become much more ‘awesome’ with the airport’s first LEGO store opening in December 2020. Visitors can browse a range of LEGO products, including some sets exclusive to the airport store. If your plane happens to be delayed, why not purchase some LEGO and keep the kids entertained as they build a masterpiece?

Bricks 4 Kidz
With more than 40 locations across Australia, Bricks 4 Kidz operates throughout South-East Queensland, with venues all over Brisbane. Offering fun and educational after-school and school holiday programs, Bricks 4 Kidz workshops are a hit with LEGO beginners and the more skilled LEGO builder. Facilitated by trained staff, workshops are aimed at children 5 to 12. Workshops include themes such as Space, Sports, Robotics and Christmas, to name a few. Moreton Bay Region Libraries
LEGO lovers can become part of the fun LEGO Engineers Club at local Moreton Bay Region Libraries. This particular club is held monthly (usually 3.30 – 4.30 pm on a weekday) and is a great after-school activity for those who want to learn, create and develop their engineering skills. It is also a great social activity, allowing children to collaborate, share, and build friendships with other like-minded brick fans. The LEGO Engineers Club is ideal for children aged 6 to 12 years old.
