There is nothing that a Brisbane Kid will love more than heading to local lake to feed some ducks. We gathered these locations via our facebook fans who claim these are best spots for kids to feed the ducks in Brisbane. We gathered these on the 27th June 2011. We have not verified all these spots because let be frank.. it just isnt realistic. So forgive us is one happens to be wrong but these have all been sent in by Brisbane Mums who believe them to be the best places in Brisbane to feed the ducks!

There’s a small park called Tygum Lagoon at Waterford, behind the plaza. It’s great for feeding ducks. It has bbq’s, toilets, playground, walk track with exercise equipment and a floating wharf where you can do a little recreational fishing. Great spot for families and it’s never overcrowded.

The lake in Forest Lake, just down from The Village shopping centre and Forest Lake high school (heading towards the city). Always ducks to feed. Great walk/jog path with a couple of playgrounds situated around the lake. Only one bbq area and toilets though.

@ the ornamental lake outside the entrance to the Aquatic Centre, at the Sleeman Sports Centre, Chandler. There’s also a cafe 🙂
