Snow4Kids will be back for its 7th year with a few changes including more snow and new attractions!
The Snow4Kids Park will feature a real snow experience for Brisbane Kids. Included in every booked session, of which there are seven, every day of the festival, kids will have fun with tobogganing, snow play on the snow mountain and throwing snowballs at targets and snowman building. For the first time ever, thanks to Bucceri Snowmaking, there will also be falling snowflakes to enjoy!
In the last 6 years, over 200,000 families have enjoyed the fun and magic of Snow4Kids but sessions do sell out so make sure you book early.
Please note: In the case of Snow4Kids Park, anyone over the age of 12 is not allowed to throw Snowballs or ride the toboggans for health and safety reasons. This is to ensure the safety of all children and adults in the park. Adults are allowed to help children where necessary and enjoy the snow play with them. Adults are more than welcome to build a snowman with their children.

We plan to do this EVERY year but never have the $$$. Winning for ourselves and 24 other families would be amazing

Definitely want to win this one. I walked past it the other day and thought it looked great. My daughter would love it. Would love to tell her class mates she won!

I was honestly a little disappointed in this years event. There were restrictions in place for snowball throwing, reducing the amount of fun as you only had a very small area where people were allowed to do this.
Last year, there was a lot of snow, but it was not the same this year. The grounds were covered in white plastic sheeting, and the only “snow”, was on the hills that were set up for tobogganing.
It was so hard to mould the snow – which felt more like ice – into a snowman. Near impossible to make a snowman in the 30 minute sessions.
Also, I noticed that the gates did not open for entry, until 5 minutes after the scheduled start time and then they started chasing people out 10 minutes before the scheduled closing time – so we lost time out of our paid sessions because of this.
All in all, last years was good, but it has changed this year, but sadly, not for the better. Hopefully, I can find something better to take my kids to next year.
Very disappointing and not at all how they describe it to be 🙁
