Every staff Member strives to know every child well regardless of their group which makes for a very supportive and welcoming centre when staff need to backfill each other. We are gutted each time she has had to move rooms, but then the next experience is just as good as the last once she’s settled. My 2yo talks warmly about the staff often – many of whom aren’t even her direct educators. That says a lot – she runs to them most mornings. My child comes home exhausted and messy every day, in a good way. She does so many engaging and creative activities in the centre at just 2yo that I don’t have to even think about pulling out messy art projects at home, which I love.“
