The Made Local Christmas Market

The Made Local Christmas Market returns to the Brisbane Showgrounds, celebrating its 10th anniversary. As the largest indoor handmade and design market in Brisbane/Meanjin, it features more than 120 stalls offering jewellery, ceramics, candles, fashion, art, homewares, and a range of unique, locally made gifts.

Visitors can take part in hands-on workshops and enjoy a dedicated low-sensory shopping hour. It is an ideal opportunity to meet local makers, discover beautifully crafted pieces, and support small creative businesses.

This market offers a festive atmosphere and is the perfect place to find thoughtful and affordable Christmas gifts.

The Made Local Christmas Market event details

When: Saturday 15th November, 9am–3pm (Low Sensory Hour 3–4pm); Sunday 16th November, 9am–3pm.

Where: The Exhibition Building, Brisbane Showgrounds, Bowen Hills 4006

Cost: $2 (kids under 12 free!)
