What you will need to make Reindeer Lollipops

- Coloured card or paper
- Glue
- Round Lollipops
How to Make Reindeer Lollypops
This is such a cute Christmas craft that would make great gifts for your Brisbane Kids’ friends.
Step 1.
Download our FREE reindeer template printable onto the coloured card of your choice. We like to use brown (colour of reindeer) and green (as it is a Christmas colour) – but you can even use white or any other colour you like!
TIP: You will need two identical reindeer shapes to make one lollipop reindeer (front and back).

Step 2.
Carefully cut out each of the reindeer shapes, including the hole in the centre of each.
TIP: I like to either hole punch a section of the nose area first to make it easier to get the scissors in.
Step 3.
Get the kids to decorate the reindeer faces in any way they like. This is where they have the most fun, adding on some small gems or glitter. They may even want to write a small little Christmas message on the back of each one for their classmates if they are using them as gifts. Or, you can just leave them without any other additional decoration if you prefer.
Step 4.
Once decorated and dry, it is finally time to start assembling your reindeer lollipops. To do this, place one head shape face down, place the lollypop on top (lining up the sweet with the hole in the card) and then place the other head shape face up on top. Glue both pieces of the cardboard together.
Step 5
Finally, if you would like to add a little bow or ribbon to your reindeer for some extra flare, you can do this too! You can either choose a Christmas ribbon colour for this or else whichever colour your child loves most.
And there you have it! Four simple steps and you have finished your cute reindeer sweets for your Brisbane Kids to give to their friends at Christmas-time. Pop them into a vase for a Christmas kids table centrepiece, hand them out at school, have some imaginative play puppet fun with them, add in to a teacher’s gift or simply enjoy them yourselves when you are done!

Hi. This is such a cute idea. What brand of lollipops do you use, please? Tootsie Pops, and others, have a lot of writing on the wrapper. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Alison, we used Chupa Chups for these particular ones.
