Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

A Yummy treat for the afternoon after a long play in the gorgeous Brisbane Sunshine with your Brisbane Kids. “Everyone who had tasted these cookies have become instant fans of the easiest, softest, chocolatiest delicacies around. Best served warm straight out of the oven or heated up in the microwave for 10-15 sec”
Preheat oven 170 degrees
3 and a half cups Self Raising Flour
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Caster Sugar
250g good butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 packets Choc Chips (milk or dark depending on your taste)

Place your ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix by hand until all combined.
Roll into about a walnut sized ball and then place onto a lined cookie tray,
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
dont make them too big or they crumble under the weight of all the delicious choc chips YUM
Makes approx. 32 cookies
