  • AboutBrisbane Kids Creative was created by me! Ngaire Stirling. I wont pretend to talk in the third person about myself, instead let me tell you a bit about me and how 110.232.142.129/~brisba22 came about. At the time the domain name 110.232.142.129/~brisba22 came up for purchase I was a stay at home mum in the middle of a degree centred around journalism and PR. a couple of years earlier I had been contemplating returning to my previous career in marketing management and for a while I even tried. 3 months into a new role and it was clear that I had no passion for my old life and to make the decision to quit easier, my almost 2 year old at the time was not coping with childcare. So, as a family we made the decision for me to return to becoming a stay at home mum. About 1 years later or so.. 110.232.142.129/~brisba22 came up for sale. My friends had often commented on my ability to know exactly what was happening in Brisbane for kids. I had my son enrolled in some awesome activities and we often visited some great destinations. I loved finding fun things for us to doโ€ฆ

Eagle Tree Park in Coomera

Last Updated: February 18, 2026
Two climbing towers at Eagle Tree Park in Coomera.

In a quiet residential pocket of Coomera you will find Eagle Tree Park, a peaceful neighbourhood park perfect for a relaxed play session. Complete with a large play towers, sand play, pathways for scooters and picnic facilities, families will appreciate this hidden gem on the Gold Coast.ย

Eagle Tree Park Playground

The playgroundโ€™s centrepiece at Eagle Tree Park is a series of rocket-shaped modern play towers in varying sizes which invite kids to explore, climb and play. Across the towers, children will find rope bridges, ladders, slides, interactive panels and climbing nets that challenge different skill levels.

Younger children can stick to the smaller tower and lower slide, while adventurous kids will love scaling the tallest tower and crossing the bridge to the second tower for a great view over the park.

Next to the towers is a shaded sandpit area with sand-digging equipment and a smaller play structure with an industrial theme.

Thereโ€™s also a swing section featuring a toddler swing, standard swing and plastic basket swing, which can get hot on sunny days due to the limited shade.

Rounding out the playground is a bubble igloo and a roundabout.

The park features a large grassy area ideal for ball games or picnics, plus a basketball half-court for older kids and teens.

The playground sits at one corner of Eagle Tree Park.

Imagination Factor at Eagle Tree Park

The design of the playground leaves plenty of room for imagination. To some children, the towers might be soaring rockets ready to launch. To others, they could be giant eagle nests in the trees.

Children might blast off on a space mission, or they might swoop through the treetops. The bridges become space tunnels or leafy branches, and the slides are the perfect quick escape from their latest adventure.

Accessibility at Eagle Tree Park

Eagle Tree Park has flat, paved paths leading to the playground, making it stroller and wheelchair friendly. Parking is on-street only, but spaces are usually easy to find due to the quiet location.

The playground isnโ€™t fenced and is open to the road on one side, but sits within the broader park area.

The sandpit has shade sails covering it but the rest of the playground is exposed so hats are essential here.

Accessible toilets are available at this park.

What We Thought of Eagle Tree Park

Slides and fort at Eagle Tree Park in Coomera.

This is a great local community park and less overwhelming than the bigger, busier playgrounds nearby. Thanks to its location in the middle of suburban streets it rarely gets crowded, so thereโ€™s a good chance youโ€™ll have the playground all to yourself.

In general, Eagle Tree Park playground is geared towards younger children and preschoolers but the rocket towers will keep kids of all ages entertained.

While You Are in the Area

Dreamworld and Westfield Coomera are less than 10 minutes drive away, so this quiet playground could be a welcome break when visiting these busy locations.
